Coronavirus CV-19 Action Plan

Prioritizing Health, Safety, and Community

Based on the current situation regarding the emergence of Coronavirus CV-19, Auto Ranch Group and its affiliated companies have developed the following action plan and response. 

Our plan is based on prioritizing the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.  Our plan recognizes and complies with guidance from the CDC and state and local authorities. 

All Auto Ranch locations will remain open for business unless otherwise directed by governmental authority.  We will continue to provide for the transportation needs of our communities, while taking specific and deliberate actions to limit the spread of Coronavirus and address the needs of our employees affected by the current situation.

-         We will immediately implement increased practices to sterilize all premises, daily, and sterilize customer and employee "touch points" periodically throughout the business day.  This includes wiping down "touch points" in customer vehicles prior to redelivery, and the mandatory use of gloves by all technicians and others who touch customer's vehicles.

 

-         We will immediately offer our customers a complete suite of remote services, including pick-up and drop/off of customer vehicles for service, remote parts delivery, and remote vehicle test drive/purchase services.  Schedule any of these services by contacting us by phone or on-line at goautoranch.com

 

 

-         We will immediately post the CDC guidelines for personal hygiene and practices focused on limiting 'community spread' in all facilities, and train all employees.

 

 

-         We have already contacted our cleaning suppliers and ensured we have adequate supplies of cleaning agents, sanitizers and paper products.  We are installing additional hand sanitizer stations at entrances to our buildings.

 

Our Auto Ranch Team is already busy implementing this plan to protect ourselves, our customers, our facilities and our communities from the spread of this virus while we maintain our full ability to deliver all services to our customers. 

The Auto Ranch Group is a family company, and we know that each of our employees' families face unique challenges and anxieties related to the presence of the Coronavirus.  We intend to take extraordinary measures to protect our Auto Ranch family and allow our Team Members the flexibility they need, while continuing to provide a stable platform of employment and income.
